  • Climate Risk Programme - Global Bank: the bank was in the early stages of the build-out of its Climate Risk function. It needed additional expertise and bandwidth to augment its existing team to meet regulatory and business driven deadlines. Adsatis provided advisory and business analysis to drive the design and implementation of the Climate Risk framework and to coordinate implementation of the framework across key group entities. We also provided SME analysis capability for detailed reviews of priority industries – Energy and Automative sectors – and to work on regulatory submissions for stress testing. The Adsatis team enabled priority Net Zero analysis to be completed to schedule to meet regulatory and internal deadlines. Adsatis consultants also coordinated successful implementation of the Climate Risk framework in key group entities and secured the necessary business buy-in.

    Recovery and Resolution Programme - Global Bank: the client had embarked on a large-scale programme to implement a group-wide solution to meet global regulatory requirements for Recovery and Resolution Planning. The bank needed external assistance to supplement its existing Regulatory Change capability – project management, business analysis and business advisory – and to take ownership for the delivery of a number of key streams within the programme including Intra Month Balance Sheet, Capital, Projections, Trader Elections and Winddown. Our team worked alongside client teams and ensured successful and timely delivery of the programme, and that regulatory signoff was secured.
